Joining The British Health Qigong Association
There are three ways in which you can become a member of the BHQA

1. Associate Membership Associate Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Health Qigong. Membership currently costs £24 pounds sterling and includes a membership card, a BHQA T-Shirt (please state size) and discount from TCUGB organised events.

2. Instructor Membership is open to all practitioners of Health Qigong, who have successfully completed BHQA organised Instructor training course and qualified as Health Qigong Instructors. Instructor Membership currently costs £60 pounds sterling and includes voting rights, an information and referral service, membership card, T Shirt, and discount from BHQA organised events. There is also the option of having a certificate and/or insurance.

To apply please complete all parts of the form and include a cheque payable to the BHQA for £24 pounds (associate member) /£60 pounds (instructor member).

3. Associate Instructor Membership is open to overseas Instructors. Entry requirements are the same as to those of Full Instructor Membership. Associate Instructor Membership currently costs £60 pounds sterling and includes a membership card, a BHQA T-Shirt (please state size) and discount from BHQA organised events.

Instructor Insurance

The British Health Qigong Association are now offering insurance to its instructor members at a cost of £75.00 per annum. Below you will find information of the various levels of cover available. Click on this link for an Insurance Proposal Form (pdf file it will open in a new window for printing) which you should complete and return to BHQA at the address at the bottom of the form, together with a cheque for the appropriate amount, (payable to the British Health Qigong Association).

Public Liability £5,000,000 indemnity limit (with malpractice).

This is for instructors only and provides legal liability cover to all third parties up to an indemnity limit of £5,000,000 on any one claim. The malpractice element specifically provides cover against an instructor's negligence. Damage or injury sustained to a Third Party's property or person caused by an instructor, who is found legally liable, will be met by the insurers up to the indemnity limit.
