We’re going to send out the attached comms to our policyholders shortly.Following the many requests we’ve had for online training, we’ve extended our policy cover from 1:1 live sessions to 1:30 live sessions (depending on sport) and will now also cover pre-recorded sessions sent to existing paying clients, e.g. emailed as an attachment or sharing a private YouTube video directly with the client. Regarding the pre-recorded sessions, if they can’t meet these conditions then we’re asking policyholders to contact us and we’ll discuss options.
