Deposit or Full Payment
Delegates could opt to pay either a £300 deposit or in Full, If paid by deposit the remaining fee needs to be settled before 20th March 2025.
For payment in full, delegates need to make payment by bank transfer within 10 days of booking. Delay in payment may affect the reservation or the final cost of your residential package.

Extra Goodies
All participants (except daily participants will get T-shirt only) will receive an event T Shirt and a Deyin badge or pin

Accommodation
Accommodation notice: there are only a very limited number of rooms available for our event at Lilleshall, once the rooms are fully subscribed, we will organise delegates to stay at the premier inn hotel 10 mins drive away. delegates will stay at Premier Inn but breakfast will be served at Lilleshall.
Meals: Due to the limited availability of rooms on-site, we can only reserve lodging and meals for participants signing up for the whole Residential retreat.
For daily participants looking for an individual night, we suggest booking separately on the Lilleshall website or Premier Inns on Stafford Rd, Newport TF10 9BY or Donnington Wood Way, Donnington, Telford TF2 8HH, they are about 4-5 miles from the venue.

Meals
Daily participants rates do not include any meals; however, there is a cafe bar, which offers hot and cold meals. Participants could also contact the Lilleshall to book lunch and dinner and pay separately +44 (0)1952 603003

Suit Sizes
T-shirts are offered at universal sizes and they are reasonably loose and comfortable, however, people with bigger builds may consider booking a size up their usual sizes or down for those with a slimmer build.

Cancellation & Charges
Participants who wish to cancel their places in the residential retreat will be liable for the following cancellation charges based on the time when we receive the notice of cancellation in writing.
A cancellation fee of £100 after 29th February.
Plus the below fees if cancel;
A. After 31st March 2025 the full deposit of £300 is non-refundable unless a new person could take over the participant's hotel and training place.
B. After 31st May 2025 70% of total cost.
C. After 30th June 2025 85% of total cost.
D. After 30th July 2025 - 100% of total cost.
